The Beginning
In the late 1960s and early 1970s, one of the emirate's first engineering, architecture, and consultancy firms, Al Aidarous Engineers & Consultancy, was founded in Dubai
Legacy
The company helped shape Old Dubai's civil infrastructure and, as master developer, developed Al Rashidiya, the emirate's first residential community, commissioned by the office of the late Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum
New perspectives
In 2022, Mr. Yusuf's development and construction businesses became part of the Palladium Group as it evolved into an international platform

Throughout the GCC, he has contributed to major developments including Abu Dhabi International Airport (Expansion), New Doha International Airport, Muscat International Airport, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, UAE University, Qatar Gate, and Bahrain's Al-Dur Desalination Plant
